No overtaking only for motor vehicles
Here you cannot overtake motor vehicles, even if they go slow, and not farm or work machines either. You can overtake things without a motor (bicycles, hand carts, horse carriages) and two-wheeled vehicles like mopeds and motorbikes.
Word: Sorpassare = to pass in front of a vehicle that is ahead of you.
