Light and non-light quadricycles
A quadricycle has four wheels and an engine. The light one (petrol up to 50 cm3, max 45 km/h) is like a moped. The non-light one (power up to 15 kW) needs a licence and, if it has handlebars, a helmet.
All of them must go for inspection. You can never change the exhaust, engine or engine size to go faster.
